By submitting your application to the WCAMS Summer Music Camp, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Acceptance policy

Applications will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to space in each instrument/voice section.

Note: If your instrument or voice section is full, you will be put on a waiting list. Instrumentalists who are wait-listed because their instrument section is full may be accepted to camp if they choose not to play in a chamber group or symphony orchestra, or if they would like to play an instrument not yet being wait-listed.

No money should be paid until the registrar notifies you that your application has been accepted.

Payment policy

Once your application is accepted, your membership fee + a non-refundable deposit is due. If the membership fee and deposit are not received within two weeks of invoicing, your application will be cancelled and you will have to re-apply.

The balance of your fees are due by June 1st. Late payments are subject to a 15% surcharge.

For cancellations made before June 15th all amounts paid less the $200 deposit and membership fee will be refunded.

There will be NO REFUNDS for any cancellations made after June 15th.

Financial Assistance

Financial assistance is available to those who find that the fees are a barrier to participation. Assistance is intended to defray part of the cost of the fees.

We encourage anyone who wishes to attend the camp and requires financial assistance to apply. In particular, we welcome students, families with young children, individuals on low income,...

Under 19s

All children and students 18 years of age and under must be accompanied by an adult chaperone over 18 who will assume full responsbility for the child/student while at camp.

Note: Students 15 and up may attend as non-resident campers without a chaperone.

A completed waiver form signed by the parent or legal guardian must be submitted for each child/student. Chaperones who are not the parent or legal guardian of the child should ensure that the waiver form is completed before arriving at camp.
